KeyLemon is always searching for new applications that use face detection. And in order to further the development of our software, we have called David.
This young EPFL student already met with us in a previous internship. He started to develop a game using face detection to control a breakout game racket. We proposed that he continue and finish KLGame.
Jovial with this idea, David has started to work. He was able to improve the game by adding many sounds and by improving the graphical interface. During the development, David had, at his assistance, our development team to help him whenever he needed it.
This is a simple breakout game that instead of using a mouse to move the racket, your face will do it. The game uses face recognition for detecting the position of your face relative to the screen.
The game has 3 levels and it is necessary to have a webcam and a PC running Windows 7.
We hope that we have offered David the best place to work. We thank him a lot for the work he has done during his three week of internship.
