KeyLemon raise investments

Through Cofundit, a new Swiss crowdfunding platform, KeyLemon will be raising a loan of up to 300.000 CHF to finance their growth of the next 2-3 years. With Cofundit, KeyLemon is seeking internationally for private investors, and the best is: anyone can participate! A user does not only benefit as customer but also can do so as investor, he can even choose the interest rate he wants to charge the company!

KeyLemon’s products are currently available on Windows and Mac OS. With this additional source of funding, KeyLemon will be in a position to provide solutions for Tablets and Smartphone.

Until March 23 interested people are able to review and vote on the funding proposal on the Cofundit platform under www.cofundit.com/idea/23. Once KeyLemon has collected sufficient support it will be able to move into the actual funding phase. Then, to get access to more detailed information and participate in the funding of KeyLemon, prospective investors have to register on Cofundit to become approved investors. Investors can ultimately make an easy offer, defining only the amount of their loan and interest rate. They can also decide KeyLemon is able to optimize its total cost of financing by selecting the most favorable options among the investors’ commitments. Investors will also be given the opportunity to trade in part of their interest for the right to participate as a shareholder in KeyLemon in a later capital increase.

With this fundraising, KeyLemon and Cofundit kick off the first really substantial crowdfunding of a young Swiss company with involvement of broad public and existing customer relationships.
