Daughter log into my pc

Postby mojoman » Sat Apr 02, 2011 8:35 am

I was trying out my new pc and I ask my daughter to sit at my pc using her face to try it out. I was shock to see that she was able to login my pc with her face. I set this up using my face and not hers and she didn't even have to put in a password that I set up. What can I do to keep this from somebody or anybody getting in my pc because this is the reason I got this software. HELP!

Hello Mojoman,

Which version of KeyLemon are you using? Since version 2.4, we have introduce the security levels. You can change the security levels in the General tab of the KeyLemon Control Center, as described below:

You can thus try to increase the security level.

Note also that this could depend of the quality of the model you have created. As described in our userguide, better your position is, better your face model will be. Also light's condition could modify the recognition result. Try to get good luminosity.

I hope this is helpful.

Ok. You purchased the Bronze package and not the Gold package.

Security levels are in the Gold package (comparison of the package can be seen here). In order to use this feature you need to upgrade your license (to the Gold package). This can be done from within the Control Center, by clicking on the "Not available. Get an upgrade!" (next to the Security Level") and follow the purchase process.

This feature was available during the trial period. But is seems that you have not use it.

Question: I see that it said that it's going to be $14.95 more but if I got the bronze package which is $20.00 it said that I will owe $14.95 is that right?
