Lighting conditions and uninstall problems

Hi there,

I downloaded your free trial a few days ago and initially had great results. However, I noticed that when I went to the office, or the sun moved, or the lighting changed, my face wasn't recognised. This makes the application a bit too limiting for me. Any tips?

Also, I uninstalled the app using CleanMyMac yesterday and although the app seems to have gone...it is still running when I lock my Mac and then try to unlock it. Ideas?

Have you tried to adapt your model?

When you create your face model, it will be optimized for the current conditions (luminosity, position or background).
The face recognition can fail if there is too many differences between the face model and the current conditions. This could happen when the sun's light is changing or if you're moving with your laptop. To prevent this, The face model is able to learn from this new conditions by doing a face model adaptation.
Please see this article in our userguide that explains how to adapt your model.

Simply removing the application package does not uninstall KeyLemon correctly. This is explains during installation of KeyLemon. Please see the How do I uninstall KeyLemon correctly ? topic in our FAQ.
