Not working after update.

I have had this system for 4-6 weeks. At first it worked just marginally. I had to reinstall at least once. Then came update #1. After that it worked fine. I actually changed my mind and was happy with my purchase. Next was update #2. Now it won't work at all. It will do profile updates but it will not monitor my profile and lock the PC if I leave. Pretty sad. I am about to reinstall again but I noticed you have a limit how many times I can do this without going through you. This has turned into one gigantic hassle. Anyway, I am running Windows 7, SP-1, 32-bit. I have 4 gb of Ram. I am using a Logitech Pro 9000 webcam. My program has a very difficult time remembering what camera it is to use even though I only have one. It keeps wanting to use a Google camera that I do not and never have had. I really don't know if this is the primary problem. You are my last resort. If we cannot get this fixed I'm deleting the whole thing and pretending I never made such a stupid mistake.

Which version of KeyLemon are you using now? (current version of KeyLemon is 2.4.4). Note that is you update KeyLemon via the updater, there is no need to reactivate. If you uninstall and reinstall, you need to activate again. If you face the limit of number of activation, please contact us (via our support page).

Have you tried to adapt your model? When you create your face model, it will be optimized for the current conditions (luminosity, position or background).

The face recognition can fail if there is too many differences between the face model and the current conditions. This could happen when the sun's light is changing or if you're moving with your laptop. To prevent this, The face model is able to learn from this new conditions by doing a face model adaptation.

This article explains how to adapt your face model.

Note that too many model adaptation can compromise the model. In this case, we recommend to delete the profile and create a new one with good conditions. For further information, please read this blog article.

After I wrote this post I shut my pc down for the night. Miracle of miracles the next day my Keylemon was working as if nothing was wrong and has been working since. I do not understand. It was not working at all. The window where my photo should be was just a grey screen with no activity indicator. I am currently using version 2.4.4. I use both IE9 and Google Chrome browsers. I don't understand. Anyway, it is working now and hopefully will continue to work. Thanks for your help.
